All Home Team scorers post or deliver legible copies of the games to their IT scorer to arrive no later than 5pm on the Tuesday following the games. Books must be balanced at the end of each game with both scorers signing one another’s scorebook. Please check your games on the internet (games should be posted by 1.00pm on the Saturday following week) if you have any queries please call your IT scorer in the first instance and she will look into it. The IT scorer may if needed request a copy of the other teams scorebook. If neither book has been signed the IT scorer will go with the highest accredited scorers book. The IT Scorer will then contact the Scoring Mediator to clarify the ruling and once clarified the Webmaster will be notified as to what the changes need to be made. If a rule of baseball has been breached in the scorebook the IT Scorer will enter the game as per the rule book and she will then notify the Scoring Mediator that she has done so and why.
